Looking For Reliable Nanny For 4.5 Month Old Boy

Hi! We are looking for a nanny for our son who will be 4. 5 months by the time we need help, around May 22 but as late as June 10. I work from my home but my husband does not. We would like this person to possibly be with us until he is 2 years old. He is a very sweet boy who likes to laugh and loves to be sung to! He is only fussy at bed time and is currently combo fed pumped milk and formula. We are offering 28 hours a week guaranteed, with 40 hours sick leave, 60 hours PTO and paid federal holidays if they land on a work day. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with 2 cats and who is CPR certified.
