We are new parents to a sweet and sensitive preemie now 41 weeks corrected. She is healthy but still developing her sleep and regulation skills, so we are looking for a calm, patient nanny with experience caring for young infants and ideally NICU graduates. Must be CPR, first aid certified with bottle feeding experience. Located in La Mesa. We are looking support with soothing, safe sleep practice, feeding, diapering, and helping her transition to more independent naps over time. We value gentle care, reliability, and strong communication. Hours are flexible right now as we begin our journey and would likely transition to regular daytime care and potentially some overnight.
