Our wonderful, amazing nanny who has been with us for over two years is moving on & we are looking for someone new to care for our 2 1/2-year-old son. He is a sweet, energetic, & social kiddo who loves trains, the playground, swimming, and playing with other kids. Benefits: 36 guaranteed hours per week, Fridays off, 10 days paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, 40 hrs paid sick leave, car for outings to the Zoo & museums (annual passes provided), supply budget for crafts & activities Requirements: -3+ years experience, at least 2 years experience with ages 2-3 -Familiar with gentle parenting approach with firm boundaries & child-led learning & parenting approach -Early Childhood Education training -Trust line & DMV background check -CPR & first aid certified -3 references -Preferably fluent in German
