Part-time, 4-5 hours Mon-Fri afternoons Responsibilities: 1. School Pick-up & Activity Time for older children (ages 3-7). 2. Occasional Infant Support (while Mom handles older kids/tasks). 3. Mother's Helper duties (light errands/organization). 4. Flexibility for occasional date-night sitting (all three kids) and extended hours during parent business travel. *During regular shift hours, you will never be solely responsible for all three children. If all three are home, Mom or Dad will always be present, and you will care for a maximum of two children at a time. Requirements: 1. Proven experience with ages 3-7 AND infant experience are a must. 2. Reliable car, clean driving record (for school pick-up). 3. Willingness to undergo background check & provide references.
