Tues/Thurs Mornings - Help Needed Getting My Two Sweet Kids To School (Girl 7 And Boy 8 W/ Autism)

I am a high school music teacher I need to be out of the house by 7a on Tuesdays and Thursdays and some Mondays. My two kids start school down the street at 8:30. My 8yo son is autistic and needs a lot of support getting ready in the morning, and my 7yo daughter is not exactly a morning person. Grandma also lives with us and tries to be helpful. Looking for help Tuesday and Thursday mornings to get the kids up, do potty time, get dressed, fed, teeth brushed, hair combed and safely out the door to arrive at school on foot. I also sub, so sometimes need help on other mornings or afternoons picking the kids up from school. You could be done at 8:30 or head back and help with some light chores for an hour. Also could use extra help on weekends, especially Sundays, and during holiday breaks and days off school.
