My child is healthy, able bodied and developing well. She enjoys reading books, crafts, spending time outside getting dirty, typical 20 month play, and occasionally watching televison read alongs, blues clues Mrs Rachel etc. She loves singing and repeating words. A typical day involves essentially following her lead, she does have rules and we are practicing boundaries! Some days involve play time at baby/ toddler gym for about an hour and library visits. She has no dietary restrictions and enjoys most foods. Her only difficulty is being attached to her everyday caretakers which are her grandparents. I would suggest multiple paid visits from a new caregiver for adjustment. I work from home and try to intervene very little throughout the day. Lunch breaks are an hour and baby sleeps for about an hour a day sometime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.
