Were a family of three in Hawthorne looking for a reliable, engaged nanny for our smiley baby boy. He naps 34 times a day and follows a simple rhythm of wake windows, play, feeding, and rest. Were looking for someone confident reading cues, supporting consistent naps, and providing calm, hands-on interaction throughout the day. Help with starting solids and light tidying related to his routine is appreciated, plus light household tasks (nothing heavy) to keep things running smoothly. Experience with infant milestones, good communication, and comfort with our two mellow cats are important. Occasional evenings/weekends are a bonus. We're hoping for a long-term fit.
