Regular Caregiver With Flexible Days For A Happy And Energetic 12 Month Old Boy

Hi! We are looking for an amazing individual to help us with our sweet 12-month-old boy one or two days a week. Our work schedules vary each week. I'm a nurse working 12 hour shifts, and my husband works nights, so we overlap on some days. The hours will be set, but the days may vary between Wednesday-Saturday, so we are looking for someone with flexibility. We will have the schedule set at least a month in advance. Our son is energetic and loves to play, so it's important for us to find someone who will interact with him, help him to learn and grow, and come to love him! This will be our first time needing caregiving, so we are hoping to find the perfect person to ease our fears of leaving our son and someone who can become like a part of the family!
