Help Needed 2 Days A Week - 3.5yr Old

Were looking for a nanny who lives in Gilroy to care for our 3. 5yr old daughter. Our ideal caregiver will engage her in activities that minimize screen time things like sidewalk chalk, writing and tracing practice, outdoor walks, and other hands-on play. This position would be weekly on Tuesday and Thursdays. We need someone comfortable with a flexible schedule, as my work days can shift. Additionally, please be comfortable around pets we have a friendly, indoor lab mix. My husband and I do work from home and will be here during the day. There might also be days that I will be required in office. If we find the right fit this position may also include school drop off or pick up for my 6yr. The school is walkable distance, no driving needed.
