About the job
My daughter is very rambunctious so I need someone who is active, and very aware of their surroundings. I need someone who is patient with her and caring. Someone who doesnt result to negativity when stress arises or my daughter has one of her tantrums. Also someone who is actively present while they are babysitting my daughter.
