My wife and I are tentatively looking for some in-home help watching our infant son (born in September 2025) during the day for 2-3 times a week in 2026, with the potential to adjust days/time as needed and as schedules permit throughout the year. Dad has a hybrid work-schedule, but often needs to be in the office; mom works from home, but regularly has zoom calls and other work that requires her dedicated attention. Since our son is still a little guy, most of the time is expected to be just be looking after him, helping with feeding/changing, and playing/early development with him as he grows. Note - need to be comfortable with/not allergic to animals, as we have a miniature schnauzer and two cats in the house as well.
