Part-time Nanny For Toddler In Escondido

We need a nanny for our 1-year-old daughter in Escondido. Starting to look now for someone to start by August. We need 20-30 hrs/2-4 days per week. Potential hours Monday-Friday between 8am-5 p.m. Will work with the caregiver to determine a good schedule for both of us. Eg. MTW 9-3 or MTTHF 8-2 or MW 8-5. I am flexible and work from home (mostly). I just need a few reliable chunks of time to get work done and know baby is well taken care of. I want you to be comfortable in my home with me and with baby girl. G is a typical sweet baby girl, just starting to walk, loves to explore and play. We live in a small house but have a big backyard with a swing set, sandbox, lots of grass and fruit trees. Must be comfortable around pets - We have 2 Labradors (outside) and 1 cat (inside). Light tidying up and playing with dogs would be a plus!
