Sweet Soon To Be 1 Yr Old - Caregiver Position

We practice attachment style parenting, love going out on the weekends and would love to take our sweet soon to be 1 year's babysitter. I (her mama) have been working on and off with grandparents close by to babysit. They have moved two hours away!! Looking for someone who wants to be a loving, fun, and educational role model for our daughter. Since it is consistent we would love to consider a weekly flat rate. Hoping to not go back to work to just pay a sitter. She is experiencing separation anxiety from mama. Would love someone patient and well able to console her. We want to ease her into the idea of a another caregiver We have a long haired black lab. She is about 2 years old and also has separation anxiety if you leave the house. Otherwise she is calm and loves our daughter
