We're an Encino-based family with 7-year-old twin boys! They are hilarious, incredibly sweet and a little rambunctious but they are good with limits and are becoming more independent every day. We ultimately need someone with afternoon flexibility, who's willing to stay late in the event we go out (we are always back by 11 p.m. at the absolute latest) and who can tag team with me, their mother, on their homework. Huge plus if there are simple dinner recipes you can take on once or twice/ week. We have a full-time dedicated housekeeper so housework is limited to helping with their laundry and helping the boys to help clean their playroom. $22-$30 depending on experience
