Part-time (Flexible Days, 20-30 Hours/week) Nanny Needed For Family In Encinitas

Hi! Our current nanny is moving back to her hometown in the Midwest. We have a 4. 5-year-old daughter (in preschool) and 2-year-old son. Im also pregnant with #3, due end of February. We are looking for someone for about 20-30 hours/week and can be somewhat flexible on days and times, though we do prefer a mix of one full day and a few half days including one evening for a date night. We are hoping to find someone loving and attentive, perhaps to do some care for the baby when she comes but to mainly help with our older two. I am not working so looking for more of a mothers helper role. We really consider our nanny a co-parent along with my husband and I! We would love someone who is really engaged with the kids and happy to do projects with them, support their development, take them for walks and to the park, etc. Thank you!!
