We want our kids to be loving, joyful and have an awareness for others. Be respectful and considerate, and have lots of fun and be a kid! The kids love playing outside, anything water game, dancing, arts and crafts, hugs and kisses from people they trust. They want to be able to do something successfully by themselves and be proud of it. - artwork, puzzles, sometimes light cooking, etc! Our kids need help and support with a loving way in setting up boundaries. We want someone who is aware of boundaries like manners, consideration of others, cleaning up own mess, etc, and be able to encourage that joyfully to them. We are looking for someone who can skillfully handle toddlers and kids together. Who has instincts for safety like an experienced mom. Who can calmly handle chaos. Huge patience needed. Someone who values seeing kids learn and be happy/proud with their learning milestones. We have 2 cats- British shorthair , easy going.
