Long Term Nanny For 5 Month Old Girl

Looking for long-term nanny/house helper. Need someone warm and dependable to help care for our 5-month-old and do light housework (laundry, dishwasher, all things baby related). Hours can be flexible, right now I am at home but would like help and to build a strong relationship so the transition to me going back to work is flawless. There is a lot of flexibility for the right person, we want someone that becomes part of the family. I could guarantee 20 hours a week if needed. Ideally I would want 10-15 hours right now. Position would increase to 25/30 hours a week in January (930-230). Must meet following criteria: Strong and recent references with infants, Love dogs (ours is part of the family!), CPR certified, (BLS certified is a plus), Up to date vaccinations, Reliable transportation, and Nonsmoker
