Encinitas family looking for a full-ish time nanny who is okay with a variable schedule (mom is a pediatric inpatient hospital medicine fellow with daytime varying shift work schedule). We have a rambunctious 8-month-old boy who will be 1-year-old in June. He loves to play, read, be outdoors, and go on adventures in the jogging stroller/hiking backpack. Looking for nanny to start early May.
