You'll care for our baby both days and our 5-year-old after school on Mondays. Our ideal fit has experience with both infants and young children, is CPR certified, patient, and confident supporting big emotions with calm guidance. Must enjoy outdoor play, pretend games, and creative projects - our 5-year-old loves art, dance, and science experiments! Light household help tidying toys, cleaning up after meals, and keeping common areas neat is appreciated. We work from home, have two cats, and need someone proactive, organized, and communicative who can take initiative when needed.
