My wife and I both work and we are in need of assistance during our core working hours. My wife works from home M-F while I WFH Monday, Tuesday, and Friday. We do have a 7-month-old puppy who has a lot of energy but is very sweet. We would not expect help with our dog. We would expect our person to help with washing / sanitizing bottles on a regular basis as we primarily are bottle feeding breastmilk. We want someone who is willing to listen to our requirements and can also help incorporate their own strategies based on their experience. We do have cameras in the home so the caregiver would need to be comfortable with that.
