Respite Care Provider Needed For Neurodivergent Family

I am looking for someone who wants to work with my family to provide respite care (a break) for my awesome, fun daughter, so me and my spouse or just one of us can take time off from caregiving. We can supplement some of the hourly pay or make sure that it is fair for respite provider. We would be able to start prior to all paperwork or paid training is finished as long as communication is clear.
