Part Time Mother's Helper

About the job

I'm looking for a mother's helper. Someone willing to do anything from childcare to laundry/meal prep/light house cleaning. When I'm home I would just need a hand mostly around the house, or playing with my daughter while I cook, but occasionally I may need to run errands, so you'll be staying at home with my daughter. We are very nurturing and practice attachment parenting, so we are always going to be very close to our daughter and taking over the childcare ourselves, unless we need to run an errand or go to an appointment. We don't believe in punishments but modeling our behavior to our daughter and meeting their needs to avoid meltdowns. We avoid screens and junk food.
