Part-time Care Needed For 5 Year Old And 14 Month-old Girls

Hello! We are looking for someone who can part-time watch our girls, ages 14 months and 5 years old. I work part-time and have one day a week I need coverage. Right now, that's Mondays but in the fall it might change to Tuesdays. Ideally, this person would also be able to pick up extra hours here and there as needed. Our girls love to read and play. Our oldest is very into imaginative play right now. She also loves playing outside. She is very curious, kind, and wise for her age. She is genuinely one of my favorite people to have a conversation with. Our youngest is the sweetest and a happy little gal. She loves watching and playing with her sister and she tries to keep up. Our oldest is in dance and t-ball and our youngest loves music class. We love having nightly dance parties in our kitchen together, rocking out to Taylor swift, the Beatles, and more! We are looking for someone that is familiar with child development. We want someone who is positive, interactive, and truly enjoys being around kids. This is so important to us. We use positive reinforcement in our house and the token economy system works wonders with our oldest. We've had a lot of loss in the last few years so ideally this is someone who will be able to stay with our family for a long time. Driveway and street parking are available. We have a 45 pound 2-year-old Australian labradoodle who is very well-trained and quite lovable.
