Our child is a newborn and will be 4 months old by the time we're looking to bring on a nanny. During the hours the nanny would be with us during the day, we would be looking for support with: - Changing the baby's diaper - Bottle feeding throughout the day when he is hungry - Alternatively, if the mother is available / not busy in her day job meetings / work, then bring the baby to the mother for breastfeeding - Comforting / rocking the baby and putting the baby in his bassinet to sleep - Playing with the baby during awake hours - Logging all diaper changes, feeds, and nap times in an app.
