Regular Nanny For Corona Physician Mom

I'm looking for a regular nanny Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for my 20-month-old child. Need help guiding the baby through physical therapy twice a week via zoom. My mom (grandma) will be home. Light housecleaning like dishes, throwing away trash, putting trash cans out weekly, etc. help with feeding, play time, nap time, and occasional bath. Friendly with dog- we have 1 friendly doodle dog. Occasionally will ask to brush his hair. I am a physician mom and timeliness and regularly showing up to work is very important, as I can't cancel my patients.
