Position: Family Assistant / Childcare & Household Support About Our Family: We are a busy household looking for reliable, compassionate support during a time of transition. I am a working parent with two children, one of whom has special needs and requires patient, attentive care. Were looking for someone who can be a steady, supportive presence and help keep our home running smoothly. My eldest son has autism, Down syndrome, and is nonverbal, so he needs patient, consistent support with routines, communication, and transitions. He does well with calm structure and simple sensory activities like swinging, walks, music, and his iPad. I also need help with transportation for my younger son, including school pick-ups and getting him to after-school tutoring or activities. We have two labradoddles that also need attention and walks.
