Afterschool Nanny For 4-year-old W/Special Needs

Our 4-year-old son with speech and developmental delays needs a nanny after school (1 to 6-7 PM, M-F) to help play, care, practice therapy homework, prepare meals, and help with potty training. His Nanny will participate and transport him to therapy at a clinic 5 miles from our home 3-4 days a week and will help participate in in-home therapy, including travel time (~15 hours per week total). Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and bathing may be needed. Our Nanny is part of our "village" so the right "fit" is of utmost importance. Our son attends special needs preschool and thus, only requires care from 1 to 6-7 PM, M-F. While most weeks will be 25-30 hours, there are opportunities for increased hours during his school breaks or on certain weekends. When he starts TK in August, the hours may shift later and reduce (3-7:30 PM, M-F).
