Were a Carlsbad family looking for reliable, experienced caregivers for our 1516-month-old boy. Parents mostly work from home but need flexible help: some mornings (812 or 91), occasional full days (83), or afternoon/evening support. This is an as-needed/on-call role; we hope to have a small team of trusted nannies to reach out to based on availability. Our son is active, curious, independent, loves exploring, feeding himself, and can play alone for long stretches. Toddler experience and CPR/First Aid preferred. Must have a clean background check, be safety-minded, and comfortable engaging with an active toddler while parents WFH. Duties include play, supervision, meals, and light tidying.
