Looking For A Nanny For 2 Kiddos In Carlsbad Village

Hello! We have two children - our daughter just turned 2, and our son is 6 months. We are looking for a nanny for both kiddos, however, Nicole (mom) works from home and the 6-month-old is still nursing, so there will definitely be some back and forth with him, or times when you would just have our daughter. Our daughter is energetic and loves being outside at parks or playing in the courtyard, so we would love someone who will match her tempo. Our son is just starting to scoot around so having experience with a mobile baby (especially with everything going into his mouth) and also being comfortable with holding firm boundaries for our daughter so they can play together safely is a must for us. The schedule we work out can be different than what is posted - we are most interested in a finding a good fit for our family.
