Note: Looking for occasional date night and misc babysitting while I am on Mat. leave and then after January something more part-time (15 hrs per week). I am looking for someone who is emotionally mature, who shares similar philosophies and ethics around gentle parenting and is aligned on what kind of care is appropriate at each developmental stage. I'm due in September 2024. Im a first time mom and I don't have immediate family close by so I'm looking to find people I deeply trust to watch my newborn when the time comes. At this stage it's a bit early to know my exact schedule but I'd love to meet people who are interested in occasional babysitting that would likely expand into part time work in 2025. Its a plus if you're well versed in Montessori principles and gentle parenting approach. Thank you!
