Family of six looking for a reliable, proactive nanny-family assistant to join our busy, friendly household. We have four elementary-aged children who are warm, outgoing, and thrive with encouragement and structure. We also have a friendly family dog, so comfort with pets is important. This role is about tag-teaming with Mom, helping the kids stay on task with homework, handling school pick-ups/drop-offs, and pitching in with household support (meal prep, dishes, laundry, groceries, errands). You will not be expected to run the household alone, but we do want someone dependable, organized, and able to take initiative in a team environment. Details: -35-40 hours per week (set schedule with some flexibility). -Hourly rate: $28-32 depending on experience. Being bilingual in English and Spanish or tutoring experience is a plus.
