Seeking An Experienced Babysitter/nanny For A 5 Months Old Baby

We are a family of four: Me, my husband, our baby girl and our little dog. Our baby girl is 5 months old and I will be returning to work. Since I'll be working from home, we are looking for a nanny/babysitter who can care for our baby for a couple hours a day during her wake window. Your responsibilities would be: - to play with her using the toys we have - sing nursery rhymes - read children's stories - tummy time - developmental milestone exercises - to let me know if she needs anything like a change of diaper We would like someone who is: - experienced in caring for babies that age. - gentle and calm - reliable and punctual (her wake windows are still small, so we prefer someone who lives or works close to the area. - flexible on time (if she wakes up earlier than usual, then the babysitting window could change)
