**Must have work authorization and willing to do payroll/W2** - Looking for nanny for 4-month-old son - Also have 2. 5-year-old daughter, watch when school is off (~10-15 days/year.) - will pay $5/hr more on these days. - Need nanny until son is 2 years old and goes to preschool, so job will be ~20 months long - $35/hour **after**-tax / take home. Need Work Authorization and OK with using payroll service, cannot do cash - Guaranteed 40 hrs pay every week as long as not over on PTO/Sick days - 5 days PTO/sick of nanny choice - 5 additional days PTO family choice - Federal holidays off - Need to be able to drive Drive and park in driveway, street parking is also available No pets
