Looking For Weekend Help For Two Under Five

Hello! I have a 3-year-old boy, and an almost 5-year-old boy. My older son has cerebral palsy and therefore needs assistance all throughout the day. He is super smart, but is just stuck in a body that unfortunately doesn't move the way that he wants it to. So we would need someone able to lift/carry 40 pounds, and who has an engaging personality and good energy! Everything regarding my oldest son's care is teachable, but I'm just looking for someone interested in doing so and wanting/willing to learn! Myself and/or my husband would be home, but it makes my mama heart feel better knowing that we could get things done without sticking one or both kids in front of a screen. Also would love an extra set hands when we want to get out of the house all together, which we make a point to do on the weekends.
