Backup Nanny Needed For Autistic Kiddo In Burbank. No Current Schedule

Hi, we are looking for an active and playful nanny for 1-2 children in Burbank. This would be once in a while for date nights, afternoon outings, weekends, etc. You might have only 1 kiddos or both depending on the day and schedule. Must have experience with Autism and have great patience!! Must be able to redirect and be kind but confident while a kiddo is breaking down. Looking for someone creative/musical/crafty/energetic. We work with a respite care program and would expect our caretaker to enroll in the program as our caretaker - and we would cover the extra cost above min wage. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping (dishes/laundry on occasion). We would prefer a nanny who has their own car (but this is not a deal breaker), who does not smoke, who is comfortable with pets and who is CPR certified.
