Looking for a nanny for our 6-month-old baby girl. You'll need reliable transportation to get to our home in Boulder Creek. We have two large dogs and some chickens. Experience with babies 6mo - 1 year necessary. Comfort with babywearing, BLW, child development, high-nurture / attachment parenting ideology is a plus. I don't mind if you bring your own child or pet along. Pay can be negotiated though unfortunately, hiring a nanny is a huge stretch for us. The tradeoff is that the work will be very reliable and consistent - I am a local teacher, so need care for my child during the school year (hours 7:15 - 3:30, 4 days a week - off M or Fri, you choose). You get school holidays off! :) Eventually we might be interested in finding another baby for a nanny share, in which case pay would increase.
