Location: Private Family, Beverly Hills, Los Angeles Position: Live-In Nanny Compensation: $25-$30/hr DOE, paid in cash, no benefits + significant overtime potential About the Role A private family in Beverly Hills is seeking a warm, energetic, and highly flexible Live-In Nanny to care for three children (ages 5-10). The role includes private staff quarters, separate entrance, and full kitchen access. The ideal candidate thrives in an active household, embraces a 24/7 mentality, and enjoys playful, hands-on engagement with children. The family places a high value on flexibility - evenings, late nights, travel, and overnight coverage are regular parts of the role. Candidates with prior experience caring for multiple children in a fast-paced environment will thrive. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, engaging care for three children, including swim supervision and high-energy play (trampoline, sports, etc.) Assist with morning routines, making lunches, packing snacks, and school/daycare drop-off Support evening routines and provide late-night or overnight coverage as needed Maintain children's spaces, including tidying, laundry, and organizing toys/playroom Drive children as needed (family car provided) Travel with the family as required Collaborate with household staff (two full-time housekeepers) to ensure smooth daily operations Requirements Valid driver's license, comfortable driving children Prior experience with multiple children in a live-in or highly flexible capacity Highly active, playful, energetic, and comfortable with physically demanding routines Exceptional flexibility with late nights, changing schedules, and travel Positive, warm, calm, and proactive demeanor Team player and adaptable to household needs Comfortable embracing a 24/7 mentality
