Position: Nanny Location: Private Family, Los Angeles Schedule: Live-in preferred, Live-out considered with full flexibility Compensation: $25-$40/hr DOE (Live-in or Live-out) A private family in Beverly Hills is seeking a warm, highly active, and extremely flexible Nanny to care for three children (ages 5-10). This role is best suited for someone with a 24/7 mindset, strong energy and work ethic, who loves to jump in, be playful, and support a busy household. The family values flexibility above all-this position includes frequent late nights, opportunity for live-in accommodations, and the expectation of adapting to changing schedules. Schedule Live-in strongly preferred, with private staff quarters, separate entrance, and a full kitchen Evening and late-night coverage as needed Live-out schedule: typically 12 PM-8 p.m. or later, for candidates with exceptional flexibility Key Responsibilities Provide attentive, engaging care for three children Swim supervision, trampoline play, and high-energy activities Tidying children's spaces, laundry Organizing toys/playroom Drive children as needed (family car provided) Support morning and evening routines Travel with the family Stay overnight when needed Requirements Valid driver's license and comfortable driving children Prior experience working with multiple children Highly active, playful, and energetic Exceptional flexibility and willingness to work late nights Positive, warm, calm, and proactive demeanor Strong teamwork mindset Comfortable with a 24/7 mentality and changing routines
