Looking for a nanny to look after my son (currently 3 months old) M-F from 9-5 when I go back to work in February. The most important thing is hiring someone who is professional, experienced, organized and extremely comfortable with babies - someone who can jump into our routine and feed him, play with him, take him on walks, read to him, etc. Someone who loves and is knowledgeable about babies :) Housework is less of a priority - we'd like some help with baby related chores (i. e. baby's laundry, washing bottles) but have a housekeeper who does the household cleaning. It's also very important our nanny get along with our dog (a small spaniel). We want someone who will hopefully work with us for years as our family grows. We also want someone who will work nights as needed when my husband and I are going out and need a babysitter.
