Our child requires a new nanny/tutor who is bilingual (fluent in Spanish/English), with the ability to teach in Spanish. We are looking for someone with a background in education, who is able to identify developmental milestones, assess accordingly, and ensure he's hitting these goals. This role is primarily Monday - Friday, from 12 p.m. to bedtime. Some mornings may be needed, but primarily, he needs care in the afternoons -- pick him up from school, drive him to activities, and help him with his homework and supplemental reading. You would be responsible for preparing his lunch and snacks, scheduling his extracurricular activities, and ensuring that the majority of his time is spent learning and growing (without spending time in front of a screen).
