Nanny/Caregiver Needed For 1 Child With Special Needs And 1 Baby

We are looking for a nanny/caregiver for our almost 3-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. He has developmental delay and is being evaluated for autism. We are looking for someone that is comfortable working with his special needs. We also have a daughter who will be around 1 who will be in day care most of the day but will need care for a few hours during the day. I work 12hr shifts and will need someone to be able to work those hours. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping if needed. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has college degree.
