Return From Maternity Leave Caregiver Needed

Hello, I will be going back to work from my maternity leave beginning December 16th and need to find someone to take care of my then 4 1/2-month-old baby part time for about 5 hours a day in our apartment on Tuesdays ( Can do Wednesday or Thursday ) if either of those days are more convienent. Currently his day consists of eating every 3 ish hours, wake windows is about 2 ish hours, when awake he likes to play on his playmat and swing. Only once a week regularly, but we are looking for someone to help occasionally at nights or for a few hours on the weekend. We would pay more for those occasional one time jobs. We do have 3 cats in our home.
