Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Altadena

We are looking for a nanny to help with our 2 children in Altadena. I am a stay-at-home mom looking for some support. Our needs are more in line with a mothers helper. Mom will be around and loves to hang out with the kids, and so we are looking for childcare helper who would be comfortable with that arrangement. We are essentially looking for a friend and co-parent a few days a week. Our parenting style is gentle but not permissive; we draw, explain, and enforce appropriate boundaries but also allow our children to explore and take appropriate risks. The days and hours can be flexible, though we do need somebody on Thursday and would prefer an end time of 2:30 or later. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke, who is comfortable with a cat and who is CPR certified.
