We have three kids ages 7, 9, and 12. Our oldest has autism, and is very high-functioning and independent but can become overwhelmed especially after a long day at school. We are seeking a caregiver who has experience with neurodivergence, and who can remain calm and patient when kiddo gets overwhelmed or escalated. We have a pool and nearby parks. We need a caregiver who can support our busy schedule, including driving kids to activities, handle pick-up and drop off for school/camps, prepare meals/snacks as needed, tidy up, load/unload dishwasher, and provide activities for kids like trips to the park or playing in the backyard.
