Our family: We have 2 kids: Our son is autistic (and the sweetest dude). We work in TV and need support. Everyone we've worked with has become part of our extended family, and we will welcome you with gratitude. About you: Seeking someone with autism experience (or you're studying early ed, or special ed). Will consider someone who's willing to learn about autism. Looking for someone kind, confident & fun. Someone with energy and patience, who encourages outdoor play vs videos. Rate: Must be willing to be payrolled (above the table). Will negotiate based on experience. HOURS: listed in post can be slightly adjusted. We could guarantee the above hours weekly, and occasionally need to increase for evenings depending on our schedules. Would be ok for some flexibility on the schedule (if you need a day off, etc)when mom isn't working.
