Nanny Full-time For 3 Year Old And 5 Month Old In Our Home. Looking For Someone Engaging And Patient

We are looking for a full-time in-home nanny for our 3-year-old and 5-month-old sons. Mom works remotely in home office but is in and out of meetings throughout the day. We have an older dog who is friendly and great with kids. 3 yr old naps every day for about 2 hours and 5 m old currently naps twice a day for about 2. 5 hours each. Both nap independently and just need to be laid down. 3 yr old fully potty trained. No extra housework needed, just picking up from taking care of boys throughout the day. 3 yr old goes with grandparents 1-2 days a week for about 6 hrs. Looking for someone who will be engaging including activities and outdoor play time (as weather permits of course), especially for our 3-year-old with all his energy. Not looking for childcare outside of our own home or someone taking our children outside the home.
