Consistent Baby Sitter/Nanny Wanted

Searching for a 1-3 babysitter/nanny who can be incorporated into our family to watch our infant a couple times a week regularly, and occasional one time requests when things come up (travel, house sitting, dog sitting, work events etc.). We have 2 dogs, one dog is a territorial (over my husband) pitbull mix who needs time to trust people. We need someone who is willing to take the time to incorporate into the family while me and my husband are around to allow the dog to get used to them. Until that incorporation happens, we would need to feel comfortable leaving our son with this person in a safe environment. Anyone with dog sitting/training experience would be a preferred qualification.
