Home Organization Help & Child Care Needed For 2 Children In Tucson

My husband and I work full time and do our best to manage the home, but have been overwhelmed lately. Our kids (3 and 6) are great but a handful, our work is busy, our house is cluttered. Recent construction covered it in dust, with furniture etc crammed in a single room. I could use someone to help us climb out from the chaos. I'm hoping for someone patient, supportive, and organized to help with childcare, school pickup, or rolling up your sleeves alongside me to get the whole house back in order. We're all at work/school Mon-Fri 9-5 so the schedule would land on weekday evenings or any time weekends. But we'd love help if we have a child home sick from school. Once our home is back in order, I'm seeking to continue occasional childcare, school pickup, and light housekeeping maintenance. Thank you for your consideration!
