Mother's Helper Needed For 1 Child In Surprise

An ideal day starts early, as I begin work around 6-7 a.m. The helper arrives during that window to cover in case the baby wakes before her usual 7:45 a.m. and uses the quiet time to prep her meals, lay out her outfit, handle dishes, wipe counters, and reset the kitchen. Once she wakes, the helper gets her dressed, feeds her breakfast, and drives her to my aunt's house around 8:30 a.m. After drop-off, the helper manages household tasks: laundry for both of us, light cleaning, meal prep for the baby, grocery shopping, returns, restocking items, and overseeing service providers, scheduling appointments, and handling deliveries and trash. Occasionally, I may need help picking her up and feeding her dinner until I'm done with work. I'm looking for someone dependable, organized, and proactive.
