Hi! I have a 4-month-old baby and will be going back to work soon. I work fully remote so will be home, but my husband travels for work and every month is different. He will be home and off some days during the week, but we dont know his schedule until the end of the month before the next month starts, so cannot plan care too far in advance. Looking for someone to come help take care of my baby while I work remote. Ideally I can use this consistently as we need to fill in care gaps, but it would not be a conventional schedule.
